Hmmm, tough choice. I recently had blueberries in a main course with duck, which was delicious, but I've gone for gooseberries. In a crumble they are lovely. I love having dried apricots cooked with a main course as well, such as pork. They get wonderfully soft and the taste is better than simply eating them from the packet.
