What is the best city (not castle or village) to raid and take over?

I decided to take over a Swadian city, just wondering which one is the best to take over.
Or should I just take a Khergit city since they only haul-ass because they have horses.

Are you making a rebellion?
Take Tihr, it has double walls, which makes it easy to defend even with a small force.
Also, Swadians being on the middle of the map provide bad cover once you're at war, you want to take an isolated town, just like Tihr.

Sounds good, but we are at peace with them right now :\
Is there a Swadian or Khergit city like that?

No, that's why I mentioned that one. If you want a town for yourself, try taking a easily defenseable town, in this case, one where you need to build a siege tower instead of ladders.

Meh, I took Narra. Seeing how no Khergit party is going to come and raid since I already stocked it with 403 troops of different classes.
Besides the entire Khergit lands are already occupied by the Nords and Vaigers along with some Swadians.
They are basically about to be kicked out.

When I rebel, I lead a faction against say, the khergits, and when they have one castle left, I rebel against them
