Just out of personal curiocity ::D
Put up a poll regarding what what would most people look forward to.
Poll is just general aspects. Like for example weaponry can mean weapon durability, blocking, riposting, dual wielding, adding new weapons etc. Doesn't mean ALL of the above ::)

Personally I would like to see horses enhanced. Second place would most likely be taken by.. mmm....physics? Or rather the aspect of encumberance and reduced movement with increased weight... Like the developers already said though, they already have mostly everything already planned so this is just for personal curiocity. I'm sure other people wondered the same.

And please please please please remove the horses disappearing from the battlefields. I'm willing to sponsor free ram to everybody who doesnt have enough...
(free ram consists of 2Mb EDO sticks. Make sure you have enough slots on your motherboard, and a motherboard which supports it ::P )
 
I voted quests, but in addition to more/better quests I'd like to see more story aspects implemented. The game needs to stay very open ended tho, that's one of its strong points. I'd love to be able to find out the lore and history of the world I'm in, why there is a war, etc. Also, it would be cool if your actions could influence the world in some ways, taking over cities/territories, for example.
 
Voted quests & quest system, if by that is meant embedding the game in some sort of long-run scheme which would allow the storyline to develop and prevent the game from falling into a repetitive doozy, esp. once the upper levels are reached. But it definitely needs to be very open-ended and non-linear. No hollywoodesque straightjackets please.

I guess "more world" would come second. I think I am not alone in salivating at the prospect of sieges, fighting over battlements & through city streets. :D But I am not too keen on adding more countries/cities. I think it is best to focus on getting Caladria "right" before expanding beyond it.

Third, I would certainly welcome it if horses had minds & needs of their own.

The rest is, methinks, just adjusting here and there.
 
First finish the game mechanics so that the combat and all its side products work as they're supposed to, then have the world function as it should on a small scale, and finally create the full sized Calradia complete with quests and real living economy etc.

It would be very short sighted to first create a full sized world and then start implementing new features, as the number of potential bugs would then be far greater.
 
"Physique" in a first time.

Because the engine would implemented more natural feeling on move.
That correspond at "combo" or "counter-attack" request, but with a
direct action from the player (like a lot of thing actualy in this game :o).
It's already the case, but that woudl be developped more, in the velocity differences in particular.

For example,
after a block /up, a slash /right-->left should have his velocity increase (I mean about Agility, not the "+speed bonus" sense),
a thrust could have his power/knock-out increase.

In addition to stamina & "quick move" (in one direction),
man can implemented the doubt in IA behaviour,
the rythm of combat would appear...
This engine should deliver a fabulous Potential.
 
I voted 'Improving world dynamics'.

I want lots of roamable cities like Zendar, cept much bigger! There should also be some docks in Zendar (As it's right beside the river).
 
There should definently be bigger city`s, not only these text-choices.
Horse acting more natural would be cool =D Stamina would be too bad, I`d die if I couldn`t keep running away from everybody :P
I`d LOVE it if this game could be played on multiplayer, say LAN.. *shivvers running down my back*

What about not makings us having to create new characters when you update the game..? :/ that truly sucks :((
 
World, because from what i understand, that option includes factions and their relationship, or in english - war and sieges.
 
Yeah, I'm for World Dynamics as well... I want more kinds of enemies to fight, and more places to fight them. New kinds of troops to recruit would also make my day :wink:
