What is\are the best full-price game(s) you ever bought...

bought full price games, personal top 3.

1. Carmageddon II, bought it when it came out. I think I was 8 or 9. That game was, and is, awesome.

2. Morrowind. The goddamn game ruined one particularly sunny and warm summer of my life. Nevertheless, great game. It was fun to take turns with my brother when playing the games, and see what he would run across.

3. Halo 2. That game, alcohol and a good friend to play it as coop on legendary = fun x 10^12

Half life 2 FTW, I loved Battle for Middle earth but never got the sequel.

Can't tell. I never tried Carmageddon I for n64, though that does sound awful. I'm quite sure that Carmageddon 2 > any other Carmageddon.

well the game came out almost ten years ago, what did you expect? Besides, graphics rarely are the most important thing in a game. Especially if you get to push your rivals' cars into a corner of a building, smashing them in half.

OK and what is with the AI? The AI in C1 was worthless.

Well pedestrians just run about screaming, but aren't really interested in taking cover or anything. The other competitors occasionally surprise the player by speeding 180km/h out of nowhere and crashing the player into a corner of a building or something. At other times they drive around the track(usually failing miserably, falling into gorges and rivers and the like) or just cause general mayhem. It's been like 3 years since I played the game but I recall it wasn't exactly good. Good enough to entertain, though.

I recently got into Counter-Strike, only on Zombie Infection mod servers. I got CS so long ago but i dont remember paying for it. Was CS  free when it was first released because it was a Half-Life 1 mod?

Operation Flashpoint, it's expansions, and the XBox version.

Normally, I never play shooting games. For the most part, anything even remotely resembling a gunshot will make me duck to the side.

However, OFP being as realistic as it is, helps me deal with my psychological problems.

That, and it's just so darn fun.

Guild Wars was amazing. I probably blew 200 hours on Prophecies (not bad for $50), but I don't play it anymore since I fell behind in the expansions. I just can spend $130 + tax to get the 2 standalones and 1 expansion.

Doom, Doom 2, Baldur's Gate, Final Fantasy Tactics, Tactics Ogre (a very rare find over here), Final Fantasy VII and Diablo II. I have played and beated all of them so many times, every once in a while i feel like going back to them. The podium goes to Final Fantasy Tactics, I think i beat it like 15 times.
After buying those i got a good internet connection...
