What if Khuzait only leave half the garrison?

I can't remember the post but someone mentioned they're supposed to be Mongols or similar and are nomadic. What if they only leave half the garrison after beseiging a castle and town? They might win the field battles but what they captured could be recaptured easier than against other factions. Obviously it need testing, but should be quicker and easier to take back castles and towns befoer help arrives.

Most of a settlement's defense rests on having a militia. The Khuzaits would get to rely more on cost-free militia, which is not a bad thing, and keep more troops in their armies while attacking -- or rushing to relieve a besieged settlement.
