I was at the gym today doing the lifting heavy stuff thing, and I sat down on a bench with some fairly heavy dumbells and I didn't bother controlling them much when I placed them on my legs and they actually didn't go on my legs but clashed together in my lap and nipped the skin on penis. Was pretty painful, no bleeding though, doesn't seem too bad and hopefully I will make a full recovery in the next day or two.
