Listen, killing a teammate that hits you on a single occasion is bad. If he/she is doing it repetitively, announce it and put up a poll/tell the admin. Teamkilling only exacerbates the problem, especially if you get the wrong person or they didn't know they hit you. So once again, take the stick out of your ass, teamkilling sucks full-stop.

@Narrator: people mostly vote '2' anyway. Kicking people during battle is equal to randoming on duel servers. Both are going to be killed and eventually banned.

For example, after my team gets the last kill in battle, if a teammate kicks me and kills me I laugh at the silliness of that. It's a matter of boundaries. You don't randomly kick people you don't know on purpose and expect them to have a laugh at it, just as you don't tell certain people particular jokes. I only meant to address the fact that I think players who take the game too seriously have a detrimental effect on the overall atmosphere of a game.
It's all quite context sensitive in nature.

Randomly is pretty strong indicator that it was not during actual combat.

Kicker, or any teamhitter for the matter, act as another enemy. You have to move in certain way (as kickers usually follow their victim), and defend against another foe. It's distracting and can open you for arrow/bolt/axe/spear. Getting rid of him is the only way to settle the situation (now you have only true enemies, i can respect them. I can't respect backstabbing allies when they backstab me).

I said clearly that i have bias only when random people do this stuff. If some mate would do this, i would find it fun probably.

Use chat? Really? Have you ever been intentionally tked before? It's kind of hard to block all the attacks, and type at the same time, it's even harder if you do not have a shield or your shield breaks. By the time you finish typing you are either dead, or almost dead, and it is likely that the TKer will be kick AFTER you are dead.

If they tk you intentionally, it happens. If you inform people when you respawn/next round, something will be done as long as you're persistent. There's no need to tk them back at the beginning of the round simply because they did it to you once before. Just ignore it and move on, KD isn't that important.
