New feature after an update, played several games with it's turned off and on but I still don't have any idea about what exactly it does. Can't tell the difference. Do you guys use this feature?

I've done a quick test and it actually fixes one of the things I hated about playing ranged. Basically, when shooting down at an angle and aiming in 3rd person, your arrows don't go where you're aiming - they go to where your crosshair is located in first person mode. (Your 3rd person crosshair is placed slightly higher than your 1st person one, as you can see in the video below). With the setting enabled, they line up perfectly. I'll definitely be keeping this on.

Brilliant. Thank you so much for figuring out what it is. Not a big archer fan so I didn't know its function.

Hallelujiah this will make my aiming better

It actually raises the whole camera, rather than just a crosshair when it is enabled. I really like to turn it off if i'm not using ranged, because it makes combat easier as your body doesn't block your vision as much.
