What do you think of the Quest with Zulu?

I got to the barbarian village where it says to go find Zulu and he's not there!!!
Ive tried at all times of day, talked to everyone, looked everywhere and he's still no there....what gives?

hes not in the town

hes on a hill to forward right. (from where you spawn in the town)

he in mine army but i wanted him to led warriors and i said him to laid now anytime i catch him and talk with him he say "Lets Go"
and patroling the area what to do ?
