Guys, do you think will Warband veterans adapt to Bannerlord, faster than new ones? I played Bannerlord in a fair so, I played like 8-9 times and I was in first 3 all the time.

I mean, it all depends really. The term 'warband veterans' is a rather broad one. Personally, the general combat system I haven't struggled that much to get used to - it is the little bits in it (I.e looking behind yourself with the tide key is disorienting compared to warband). Small things like that aren't something one should get used to.

vet or not , if you played Warband you will def adapt faster than newbie , but doesnt mean that newbie wont be better than you one day

Im a vet of Napoleonic Wars and im pretty decent at Warband, this new combat style though has been throwing me for a loop, I think there is ridiculous amounts of ghost reach and some not so great hitboxes especially with shields. Where as in NW and Warband you can fight multiple opponents at the very least comfortably, it is much more wanky because of the easy glances, or the retarded ghost reach that makes it extremely hard to time attacks even if you have been facing the same weapon over and over in combat. And i wouldn't take my word when it comes to the blocking lightely, NW people get hagged on alot for melee and the sort but you need to remember that WE DONT AND NEVER HAD SHIELDS, all of our blocking is with weapon in hand, im a very good blocker when it comes to NW and Warband but I hate it in Bannerlord, idk if its textures, timing or what but this game in my opinion is very unforgiving to returning veterans and I think it might turn many away

I feel like people who are familiar with the concepts in the game such as army building, trading, the combat system (even though it's easy to learn), how to become a lord, how to get money quick, etc will have an easier time getting used to the SP than people who are fresh to the series. For the multiplayer, hard to say, I think we'll need evidence before a statement can be made on that.

Newcomers might have an upper-hand since they likely won't be as confused over the new combat system. They'll see it as an entirely new concept to learn, thus they'll adjust and utilize everything equally much in order to fight. Meanwhile I'm certain me and other non-competitive normies won't spend the same amount of time intentionally learning the new combat system. We can probably survive and fight decent knowing the old combat system until some newcomer kills us with some unknown swing.
