I like that! I really do.
Now let's hope that the team likes it as well and it's possible to implement.

You findout that bandits are about to attack a village (or fief, would have to next to a fief) <- this is already more or less the case; you will sometimes find a bandit infested village when you visit one.
-You fight the bandits and stop them from destroying the village (gain 4 honor) <-Normally you only gain 8 rep, and some honor if you refuse to take any reward. Not much difference here.
-You wait for the bandits to attack the village then make it look like you are rescuing them (lose 4 honor, gain 5 village respect) <- why would anyone choose this? You already gain 8 rep with the normal save the village quest.
-You warn the village of an incoming attack and request that the men stay to fight them their (gain 1 honor, gain 2 village respect) <- If I understand this correctly this means that you're going to lose a few men from your party by leaving them behind and receive less rep than usual. Bandits are easy enough to handle without losing much or any men at all.
-You warn the village of an attack but leave and do not protect it (-1 honor) <- again I have no idea why anyone would even choose this option. What's in it for the player?
-You join in the raid and raze the near by fief. (-4 honor -10 village respect, gain bandits as followers and get money and loot) <- I don't want to share my loot with no stinking bandits! It should be a three way fight instead
-You leave and ignore the problem (-2 honor) <- As mentioned earlier, you find out about villages being infested if you visit it so I reckon this will make leaving the village an unavoidable penalty. Could be a good thing, though some folks might whine about not being able to avoid a bandit infested village without visiting it in the first place.
