What do you do?

Alright, I know there was topic like this before, but hey, people change, and there's always new people coming and going.

So, what do you do? What's your job?

I, for one, am still a high school student. Like most people on this forum, I can hold my own in writing, but I'm not too interested in an actual career of writing. My dad's a pilot, and though I've never been obsessed with flying, connections always help, so the option is always open to me.

And you guys?

Nice.

I'm completely out of sorts today. I'm hardly at the age to start looking for an exact job (still early High School) but my dad was just talking to me about flying. Thing is, I could get into it pretty easily, but... it all seems like a bit too much at the moment. I don't even have an intense to dream to soar in the heavens or anything - sure, it seems pretty cool, but that wouldn't exactly keep me going as a career opportunity.

Thing is, like most of us, I have a lot of opportunities. If I worked my ass off, I could be pretty much anything (well, that's a stretch...) so its pretty overwhelming. It'd almost be easier being a small-town Joe who has the option between Military or Tire Shop.

College student taking information tech.

If not in class I smoke a pack of dunhills and throw the filter on my friend.

Hmm,i'm a salesman and i really hate my job,but there is not many oportunities in my country. I was studying law at the university but had to quit it in order to find a job (pity,i think i would be a good lawyer, but it's too late atm).

Eh, I know what you mean. Its always easier to take the first decent paying job.

Ok, for god's sake, just admit that you're my brother. My brother is doing the *exact* same thing, and he's the same personality type as you. I always picture him when I read your typing. Thing is, he's not Welsh, and doesn't own a PC.

not really,it was rather a matter of surviving in my case...

I know. That's what I meant - you just mean to do it for a bit, then go back to school - but the years go by quickly, and the next thing you know, its 20 years later and you can't go back.
