Being from the future, I was well aware of this, and the other 5 future patches yet to come out this decade.

Spoiler Alert:  The Green Bay Packers win another 2 Superbowls.

You lie Thunder! You lie! I'll play you in Madden, and prove to you how the Lions will win the Supah Bowl...
And how Payton Manning is going to sit on the bench for the rest of the season because hes gonna hurt his neck even more...

My Vote:
I voted -Removed-. Haha.

I also heard about the Austria patch. However, if this mod gonna be a DLC or standalone game then, so be it.

If WFaS worth money, this mod ill worth a lot more. (which doesn't mean I would like it to cost higher than WFaS )

I was expecting one of two things: A patch that would never arrive, or MM Austria. Vince appears to have surprised most, if not all of us with the recent announcement of the DLC. Although I'm glad that he's getting some money out of it for all that he's put in to this mod.

Vince said it probably wont be much. Probably $5 Dollars American, but im not sure how much in Euro's, but its all up the publisher.

lol ... $5/£3.12 ... not a chance, your looking at around more probably $10-$20/£6.24-£12.48 ... I wouldn't get your hopes up on too cheap a price when With fire and sword cost £10 outright, and with this you have people willing to pay stupid amounts already ... they'll more than likely settle with around £8-£10 which is around $15.

It's not like 20 bucks is an unreasonable price for what amounts to a complete and polished game.

For a game? Perfectly reasonable price. For a mod/DLC? A bit too expensive.

I was told by a fairly credible source all of the details of the new patch, including that it would cost and would be running on its own game engine.

I was also told many of the details by Vince himself when he was drunk and disbelieved them. Oh how wrong I was...

If it helps you sleep at night, think of it not as a mod or DLC, but as a game running on the warband engine. As far as I know, it will be standalone, similar to WFaS.

Again, from the source I deem to be credible, I heard roughly £7/$11, though I doubt that one is actually true.

I'm just saying that the completely arbitrary example price of $20 isn't outrageous for a complete game. This isn't 'horse armour' DLC, this is a total conversion with new gametypes, a new engine, and new art assets. People just need to lose this sense of entitlement they seem to have.

Think of MM as being the open beta of NW.

Not trying to attack anyone personally, but there has been a visible sense of entitlement from a number of people on this board regarding NW.
