What determines the speed of the generation of zealous nobles?
I have read the FAQ. Besides the faith, does the speed related to the number of nobles that I carried with, or anything else? Thank you very much!

Faith is the only thing that determines your chances of getting zealous nobles.

Do keep in mind that you have to actually have (with you) candidates for zealotry.  If you don't have any top-upgraded nobles, you WON'T get the event.  Period.
