What date can we Pre-Order?

Does anyone know if/when the pre-orders will be available?
With the release date for early access coming closer, is the early access the only date I can get my hands on a copy?

Steam does not allow pre-order for EA titles anymore, so I'm not sure if we even can pre-order.

as Frostic said, steam doesnt allow pre-orders for an EA game, so thats gonna be one hell of a download time on release

With my 10mbs download speed I am looking at a 13.7 hour download under ideal conditions. Conditions are never ideal either...
