A Song of Ice and Fire is quite a milestone in Fantasy Literature. And only a couple of thousand pages to devour. Quite entertaining. The TV show does not even come close.
The only time the movie/tv show may be better if its a book after a movie. Anything else, read it.

Many. My first so far is my vision of the generic cannon character that unites pendor.
