Time for a new "What Are You Playing Now?"

For me, in order:

GTA: San Andreas -- I've just finished the missions for the main story line and now I'm practicing helicopter flying and consolidating my hold on Los Santos.

Sid Meier's Pirates! -- I've just retired one of my pirates to so that he can enjoy his ill-gotten gains and begun a new pirate with the intent of trying to play a legitimate merchant. Boring? Maybe, but I can always gather a crew of the scurviest cut throats that e'er took to the sea, and raise the Black Flag and go plundering.

Oh yeah, almost forgot: Mount & Blade from time to time. Man, I've just killed one too many Khergit, lost one too many sword sister, buried one too many friend. So, without new content, I'm "dis-mounting and bailing".

I suppose a more interesting question would be " what were you playing before m&b came along?"

Currently, i am playing m&b, and occasionally internet checkers.

Actually i'm busy completing my never ending stream of assignments. Most of which, they teach you how to do them after the asignment is due in. I also have a philosophy essay i'm finishing up. I might post it here if you're lucky.

I am currently mostly playing a wide variety of SNES ROMS. It is legal because I DO actually own all these games but, hooking up my super nintendo is a pain in the ass.

Yes, I do play all those games. What the hell else am I going to do since I am outta school? Go outside like certain people suggested? Pfft.

I suggested using the cover of darkness! ok, it's not like I asked you to go outside during the day, I know better. I just suggested lurking in the shadows, such as yours trully.

Plus I love seeing people without being seen. It's exilirating.

I made a new character in Morrowind, and play SA regularly (also finished main story, got nearly whole LS, and started a new game). Plus I'm busy making my favoite character of a book in Lightwave.

tell me, is Gothic II better than Gothic I? i was on amazon and saw #1 for 100 and #2 for 15 so i was wondering if it totally blew

It is VERY much worth it, so many things to do it's crazy. I've spent like 40+ hours just doing everything in the first chapter alone. Plus the world is always changing its just great. Like Gothic I to the tenth power. Deff check it out.

Gothic 2 is great, but there is something odd about it. When you decide to go to chapter 2 for an example, the orcs kick your ass. I started cheating, and chapter 2 was still challenging.

But anyway, I'm playing Punisher, M&B, and GTASA nowadays.

Oh, man, I guess since someone is playing it, it wouldn't be hijacking the thread and turning it into "Games we have played and loved" for me to add that Gothic 1 and Gothic 2 were great fun and if you can get a copy, it's worth it. Once I remapped Gothic's controls, I really got into it.

I liked Vampire Bloodline: Masquerade but I couldn't get on Elizabeth Dane. I think it's a bag.

I like Fight Night Round 2 on the PS2, its the best boxing vid game ever, I mean it's the only one that has ever been any good. The controls take some getting used to but I'm breaking ribs and smashing noses like second nature now, and it is still challenging. I really like the fact that I can turn off the rap music in the options menu and you can block while moving around the ring. I liked Gothic and bought Gothic 2 when it first came out but haven't tried it yet. I feel ashamed to admit this but I like the latest pro wrestling games too.
