I keep seeing post about things missing from this game that were in Warband, quality of life things. Can anyone name off a huge list as I'm really curious. I havent noticed to many differences but I also didnt put a crazy amount of time into Warband.

- Factions did not snowball/conquer the entire map practically ever
- Player character does not die of old age, you could take as much time as you needed to build yourself up
- Player started "clean" without any attachments and could be role played as anyone you wanted. (now you have family in game and your main quest involves them)
- Events Log so you could keep track of everything that happens
- Follow Party/Army easily
- Create your own Kingdom
- No limits on owning shops or fiefs
- Female characters were treated differently in Warband for historical realism
- Companions could be personalized, you could have a much greater role in what skills they developed (leveling faster)
- Levelled much faster/Skill increase by placing points
- Only WEAPON skills increased with use, much easier to accomplish than Bannerlord
- Feasts were removed
- Tournament fights gave weapon skill (removed)
- Much greater variety of weapons and armor
- Crappy forest bandits did not kill your high level troops within 10 seconds
- Horses were not nearly as necessary and you did not need 50 horses in your inventory of the "correct type"
- Troop wages were paid weekly, not daily
- Companions had interactions with the world map and each other
- Enemy lords did not defect from their faction as often as happens in Bannerlord

I know I'm missing plenty, unfortunately

Also it was easier to gain relation with lords, and there are many different dialogue options in Warband that seem to be missing in Bannerlord

Some of your points are just plain balacing issues... get real with it... yes there are a bunch of FEATURES that are non existant from warband

Also Viking Conquest had naval combat, Fire and Sword had grenades and pistols, just to name some features I would have liked to see from the expansions.

I mean, you can definitely conquer fiefs without being a vassal. All you have to do is siege a castle and take it over and it becomes your fief along with 2 villages.

Most of these are not features though and are bugs that will be fixe
- Currently a bug that will (hopefully) be fixed soon
- Game design choice, a really cool one tbh but it needs an age slider, a possibility to disable it and more tweaks
- This is because we currently only have the CAMPAIGN mode in SP, sandbox is still not here, they said so before release
- Event Logs are despereately needed...
- Accompany option is also despereately needed and I can't understand why it isn't here in the first place
- This I cannot give my opinion because Ihaven't even tried
- Limits are somewhat strange imo, but I understand why do it right now, so they can balance things out
- Agreed, They should add the same option that warband had, to make female characters more difficult to play and have the world react differently to it
- Personalized companions and faster level up is a must
- the current system is cool just needs tweaking so it can work faster
- same as above
- I do miss feasts (maybe addinf feasts will help with the snowballing, Harlaus would know)
- still don't know why they removed it, it made total sense
- This is apparently a bug that mostarmor and weapons are not showing up on shops
- Ah, the laser guided forest bandits, even better trained in the bow artsthan the imperial palatine guard

All in all, the game is still in Early Access so we need to voice our feedback and opinions but without the passive-aggressiveness that some people (not you my friend) are giving out in the forums, they stated time and time again it wouldbe far from finished and those who want the complete experience from the start should wait and buy it at a later date when most patches are there

Oh ok, removed that part. Haven't done it myself, just heard it from someone else.

Yes I see a lot of back and forth between people in the forums and it's rather silly, we all want Bannerlord to be the greatest M&B yet. We are all Warband fans, except for the new players. I will state what I see as room for improvement and hope that they find a way to implement it. TW is not a AAA developer with a huge staff so the anxiety people have comes from where their expectations may meet reality. I share the same feelings and ultimately just want the game to be everything it can be. Hopefully now that TW has the huge cash injection they have the methods to see it through to the end

- Tavern fights/assasination.
- Minor faction troop trees.
- There were more action and variety in campagin map. Better Bandit diversity etc.
