Since early access will go for about a year from what i have been told, does this mean we will not be able to do private events (linebattles and the like).

Pretty much. Kind of sucks to be honest but I suppose there is always Skirmish.

We've been hosting a large share of all the Warband servers since 2015. We regularly provide servers for tournaments and events and we would love to provide great hosting for your clan once the server files have been released. We'll start offering the day they come out

Russia is big, the best pings you can provide to all folks only from Novosibirsk. In which city you consider to place a server? Moscow from my place is 100ms average.
