I have around 60 archers, tell them to guard here while I am on a hill top facing the enemy. They form a single file line towards the enemy instead of across facing the enemy in a wide line.
From what I've seen they often form a line facing the flank, and then rotate it in order to face the enemy after everyone has gotten into position. It's a bit annoying since it takes about 20 seconds extra to get them lined up.
