What about troublemakers on privately hosted servers?

While I played on the Battlegrounds_EU server with the game-mode "Battle" yesterday, one guy decided that it is fun to kill team-members and proceeded to do so (at around 17:45 UTC). He was asked to stop this and kick-polls against him where initiated. He usually left before they were decided and returned with a different name (at least I suppose that it was the same person, as he continued team-killing and had the same ping). After several names (Dr_Phil, Makal, Laol_hrga) he started impersonating other players/clans (22nd_Chuck_Norris and Cor_Nubze5). I can't say with certainty that these guys are one and the same, but they all killed team-mates and had a ping of around 5. I informed the person who runs this server (Benedict) and he said that he would take a look into the logs.

My question is: If this was one and the same player, is that an offence worth banning on the TaleWorlds-hosted servers?

Couldn't that guy just check from the logs? And btw 'Dr. Phil' has annoyed us on the public servers before, I'm quite sure there is a report about the dude.

There is naught we can do about what happens in the private servers other than to watch said players in the official servers. 'Tis unfortunate, but true.

We only have "jurisdiction" - as it were - on the TaleWorlds servers. What one player does on a private server isn't any of our business, but feel free to watch them more closely all the same.

I asked Benedict for the ID and he told me that all players are the same and they are now banned from his servers. Afterwards I searched the logs of all three EU-servers, where I found the ID and those of US-servers 1-4, where I didn't find him. I couldn't see any violation of rules on the EU-servers beside the impersonation of a clan-member (Shieldings_PorkkanaMurhaaja). Never heard of Shieldings_PorkkanaMurhaaja before, so I believe that he is not an actual member.

Does MaHuD know him? Is Cor_Nubze5 his "real" identity? But yes, I don't see why talking to him would be bad.
