What about craftsman job in next version?

What do you guys think about craftsman job in next version of Warband.
As example you can be a blacksmith, baker, or maybe you can be peasant, have your own fields, orchards,.....
As a blacksmith you can create weapons, armors, or as a baker to cook breads, as a peasant make a flour, harvest trees.....
What do you think about this?
