Playing only 16 round is just better. It's the same kind of thing like playing 20 rounds, but doesn't take that much time.
I'd also love to see switching Factions (and spawns doing that) after 4 round. In this case the match gets fair, picking Cossacks on tatar town f.e.

Every country must choose their map and faction. The map will be played on their server. ( 10 rounds on each server)

What do you think about these rules?

I would like a fix flagspawn at 2 min and just 4 min roundtime.
Furthermore spawnchange=factionchange would be nice as well and if possible same classlimits like in dp.

You guys remember some people once tried to bring WNL rules to WFaS. The results were some great matches, clans could play as Crimean Khanate, faction change was enabled. And I still think Cossack Hetmanate should not be allowed to play instead of Crimean Khanate...

But the best thing of all: T_A_H and The Avengers were the ones to test this first. And Avenger has lost badly enough (I'll always remember that satisfaction). And then rAiR tried something similar with PGL.

In my honest opinion a mix of WFaS and Warband rules would be the best. I see you guys arguing about round time and round count but what does it matter if we play 4 mins or 5? We'll just have one more or one less minute to make silly jokes on the teamspeak and then try to get to flag anyway.

PGL currently has 3 rounds per spawn, which is just ridiculous. Also I'd honestly like to bring back respond rounds into WFaS (2250 gold), like in the old times.

Also who gives a sh*t about which server we play on? Some of the good clans, including Lazarus, doesn't even have a clanserver at their disposal. Just play either 16 or 20 rounds on a server where admins don't abuse and HOPEFULLY don't use item kinds (I'm looking at you Nordic) . Every player and server with item kinds should get a perm ban from WFaS. Forever.
 
2250 gold is just bull****.
Also switching spawns and factions on a map,  makes everything equal,  because noone will get a op faction, or the other team will have it too.

If i am honest you are right. It doesn´t matter if we waste 4 or 5 minutes per round.
I think the spawn/faction change isn´t a good idea. As someone already said , we have our own rules. The problem is if we have respond rounds you just need to win the first round and you get the whole spawn. It is not balancend at all. Aaaannnd i totally agree. Everybody who is using itemkinds and stuff like that, should get a perm ban! :evil: :twisted: :evil: :twisted: :evil: :twisted: :evil:

It sure is bull**** if you don't want to fight and look fabulous at the same time. I mean dat winged hussar armor... totally worth all the money

Oh My Goodness. Finally. A person who seems to understand Item kinds cheat. Now please explain to our German friends why it works only connected with special server, because they seem to not understand.
 
This post is not here to disscous about itemnkinds. Don´t know how they exactly work because I am not using them. But if you use itemkinds you dont have that little free space between your crosshair, right? It gives you in special situations a big advantage. But nvm.
 
Honestly, I don't think it works only on a specific server. I mean there's a Rokoszanin lad with pike item kinds that seems to be killing me on every single server. But it may be the ping difference and the rust of my skills. I wonder how did I beat Maximus 7-1 back then...

PS: Pavlo doesn't use item kinds. Skill does not equal item kinds. Skill usually wins when talking about individuals.

 
Guys about Itemkinds we have to clear sth, I KNOW itemkinds ARE bound to the server files, the ONLY thing you can change with game files is the crosshair. (but the crosshair is also pretty unfair if its perfect accurate...)

(btw I am NOT using itemkinds ;P all I know I know from weisser wolf, who is very familiar with modding and all these ****...)

Man, a lot of respect to you. 99% of community thinks that we can change something in game files and it will work on any server. Yes, you read that well, I hear it a lot of times. Did weisser wolf host a server where you could shoot multiple times? I remember one, that was cool and assured me of this server-bound item kinds.

The crosshair can be set up to 999 accuracy FYI and it doesn't give anything, just makes it point, if you want to use it like in CS or BF and shoot where the point is (many people think it works) - go ahead :grin: You'll make 3-4/10 only from close range.

I use itemkinds from time to time on calsual plays and my skill doesn't grow then, I make only 30-0 average... Lulz, JK, I do much worse than I did in my best times when people never heard of such ****.
