Note about Post 899:

Pizza the Wolf:
If Pizza is a wolf >
And Eli is a village power >
And Village lynches a wolf Day 1 >
And Eli is murdered and is a village power >
And Pizza is not murdered by the final lynch >
Then Pizza has dramatically reduced his odds of surviving that final lynch because that's too correct of him, and especially if he lynches a wolf D1 he has no right to be alive that late in the game.

Wolf!Pizza does not do those posts about Eli, and explain them in such detail freely, it is too damaging to his position at must-lynch.

One tell of mine is that I play tactically-soundly as wolf, and I almost invariably get at least one wolf past must-lynch.

Bussing one wolf D1 and being suspiciously too-correct D1, and never dying, is foolish. It will not help me at final 5 or final 3.

All that detail is offered freely.

Better is simply pushing someone else and not commenting as much on Eli, to avoid responsibility for an Eli-lynch, and go for the Eli-nightkill without drawing the attention back to the guy who suspected right away that Eli was a special thing.

It's not wine in front of me at that point, it's deliberately drinking both glasses full of poison and dying for no reason. No iocane immunity.

Reason it out.
I know. Look, I wouldn't keep doing this unless....      <-----Stopping myself right there. I know, I know.  Just.... hear me out. I think I can self-clear, I really do. If I can't, then one failed experiment, and more experience under my belt. Nothing of value would really have been lost.

@Pharaoh / @all, any merit to my thoughts regarding Magorian+Xardob, as opposed to the more level one idea of Hawk?

Also, Magorian+Soot, or Xardob+Soot, either of those counterindicated so far, to the best of your knowledge?

Having quickly glanced through the current posts (I'll have a better read when I'm not cooking dinner), I can conclude that Soot and Mags are packies.

^Lol

I'm just saying this tickles me at this point, given where I am at now.

Adaham 说:
OK kids, LoS time:

Xardob and Soot are wolves.

Mag, too, if there's a third one.

Jebus H Christmas. Am I the last villager to get this?!?! I thought I was doing good, and now, I'm like the exact last one to the party.

What in the blue hell is going on in this game?  :ohdear:

Or actually, the other way to think about it might be that you are just the third wolf to get aboard? Hmm.

SootShade 说:
No, I'm pretty sure you are the first villager to 'get' it.

No, I'm pretty sure you're toast, and so are both of your wolf pals.

I smelled your shady soot right away, then you escaped my attention due to WHO WAS PHONE!

Then Magorian captured all my attentions, and I began subscribing to Wabbit Hunters Quarterly, the wolfiest Mag-azine there was.

Then I called Xardog my dog, and he responded by definitely not being my dog and fetching me my Mag-azine.

Now, there's a bad dog with a wolfy magazine in his mouth, and they're both all covered in shady soot.

What should I call your wolf team, at this point? Because Phone and Pharaoh and Adaham have done such an excellent job being villagers, or at the very least, self-clearing in the former case.

Then Magorian has unwittingly spewed Hawk not his wolf buddy, and Hawk is playing with a different energy level and tone and agenda than I expect from a wolf.

Vieira reads well enough to not be my lynch today, so that leaves Eli and Frisian, and since everyone loves Raymond, I mean Eli, that leaves Frisian.

Maybe I am just turned on by balloons with mustaches, or maybe I've located all the villagers and it's lolcats time nao.

Adaham has now? When exactly did you change to that from keeping him in the villager camp due to there being not enough to prove otherwise in your opinion?

Adaham has never been a wolf read of mine.

At one point, I was putting him Deep Blue, but I could not bring myself to do so due to the gloriousness that is Adaham. I could not write off Adaham!Wolf because I'm certain he would bury me in snow if he was a wolf. Still, villagery Adaham is villagery.

Like, putting Phonemelter as Deep Blue due to his day one is almost minimizing Phonemelter, and I don't mean to do that.

Adaham, however, I sense his gloriousness and that is why I am here in your lovely company.

I sense things about people.

Adaham <---------- The Force is strong with this one.

Not the impression I was getting all along, and not the simple kind of answer that question deserved.

Not a villagery response to my post, then.

You went from strongly townreading me to I'm suddenly probably a wolf, so show your moves, put on your inquisitor's robes and throw the Bible at me. Set me on fire, whips, chains, etc. I don't mind, I'm a freak like that.

Tell me who 6 villagers are, and make it really convincing, and I might remove my vote.

Who are villagers and why. I need a simple kind of answer, not a wall of text. (Ooh, I've never been on this end of that statement before....)

Whoa now, I did? There's absolutely nothing sudden about my change of read on you, and you are still not one of my top suspects. Granted, your recent antics are making me reconsider that stance yet again. This particular post reeks more of problems of reading comprehension, though, with an unhealthy dose of hypocrisy.

I will give you LoS entries on my top two innocent reads when I have the motivation to go through the thread again, and on the other three you can go and read what I've already written on them. As for your vote, you can keep it where you want it for now. I'll my best to get it on an actual wolf come the end of the day, though.

You're the second wolf this game that's called me a hypocrite.

I swear, I will bury every wolf and carve the word "hypocrite" on their corpse-y foreheads before doing so.

I might have to consider carving the word "antics" under it.

I am feeling the "antics" tell at this point. Let's just combine the two words and call it "hypocrantics."

I might get an undertitle at some point, and maybe it can be a totally made up word that describes perfectly how wolves accuse villagers.

@Pizza:

I can agree with you that lynching someone inactive might not be a great idea. We've had recent issues with lurker wolves, but yeah, doubtful that all of them will be lurkers.

I am not on-board with voting for Soot, but if we need a compromise, I might be willing to vote for Magorian (especially to show that he can in fact be lynched on Day 1 ).

@Magorian:

Are you willing to self-vote to "prove a point?"

@ Llandy.

Ah, I see. You'd only be playing Ejnomad style if Soot turns out to be a wolf.

Wanna see if ejnomad style > neoxardob style? I envisage a "my style is better than your style" style style war, and you want to be on the right side, right?

Nah, I want to be on the left side!

Now, none of these other players ate me during the night over said hunch, did they?

Bantering aside for a moment, Pizzaguy made a similar comment about Eli gathering a lot of 'wolf' leans but no real votes, but then took the opposite stance of deciding to protect Eli in case he's a special. I don't see how Pizza even made that leap; do you see anything at all which would give Pizzaguy that sort of idea?

I feel I might have an explanation for this, but I'd like to see Xardob's answer first. When you asked this I was reminded of something Pizza mentioned earlier in the thread that, while not completely contextually accurate tot his situation, might have some bearing on his thought process.
