That's not even uniquely Xardob, that's just smart play in this game.

There is a difference between recognizing the equal chance every player has to be a wolf, and claiming everyone is. One is a prudent approach to exploring all options, and the other represents the flexibility to vote wherever is popular and make **** up across the board to see what sticks. I realize that Phoney was being humorous here, but so was Xardob when he used this as a tactic and maintained it throughout a game. He even survived the whole game, and only lost to a third party.

I intend to leave a scathing retort against the wolfiest argument that I should be lynched today, I'll let you know as soon as I find one.

In the meantime I have to skip off for quite a few hours, I'll return back and find all the wolves and then lynch the wrong person instead and then I'll be lynched the next day and then no one will ever follow up on my correct leads, because new guy.

Phoney isn't playing Neoxardobist, he is copying something Xardob did. You see, Neoxardobism doesn't mean copying Xardob, it only means that you care less and get straight to the point. Everybody gets there differently, but we all appreciate it.
