We decided to count it as a default win for the team that showed up but we didn't assign rounds lost for the teams that didn't show as it won't affect the endresult of the tournament (since we will only look at each teams top 3 performances) whilet assigning negative rounds might influcene the short term matchmaking / balance badly.
