Some of the dust will be useful for our plants; what we need is a filter that let's in the ones that will benefit us, and keep the rest out. And don't let any of the immigrant dust get rain on it during the assessment period, we can't let them have any benefits until they've been accepted. But there's no rush, we'll just keep most of the dust in large warehouses for a few years whilst we slowly admit a trickle into our fields. Satire!
