Question. Were do you buy weapons? I know there isn't any weapon sellers in towns but were do you buy them then? Is the only way to get them from building and killing enemies? But great mom non the less.

I'm pretty sure the mod info topic has tells you where... but you have to walk around town and find the "baggage officer".  He won't be hard to find as he stands out from everyone else, though you will have to bribe him in order for him to sell you stuff.

Are they found in the fiefs you own? Or are they everywhere?

they are everywhere,the ones on your fief does not require a bribe
