The weapons he sells all have special names, and you need 40+ strength to use them. Is there any kind of background to each weapon?

You can write some background for the weapons if you want. If it's a good 'ol story, I might add it to the game.

So um....how are you supposed to get up to that much strength o.o

It's certainly possible to have that kind of strength by end game, but 10 extra strength is a bit excessive unless the weapons are really all that. As a pure int build I typically finished at 40-50 int so it's definetly possible
