An idea that struck me was to incorporate real Medieval Europe into it more by having different time periods, namely Early Middle Ages and Late Middle Ages, the prior being like current Native and the latter being more like the troops in HYW, with a more defined hierarchy between unarmored, useless footmen and nearly unbeatable knights on horseback. Mayhaps I'll even get a bit into the Renaissance by throwing in some gunpowder ****.

are you gonna put in an aging system for this? i mean it'll be kinda odd to go 400 years without aging... actually.. it'll be kinda odd to live that long anyways...

love the concept tho

Hadn't really thought about it that far. I could throw some cheezy bull about "your ancestor's kingdom" in the menu that changes the timeframes though.
