[WB-S] Saladin mod - April Fools! Couldn't you tell lol

Hey guys, as some of you might know, I lost all my modding work, including stuff for my mod Cloak&Dagger. After reinstalling WB, that got me thinking. I have planned on doing a Saladin mod before, it's just that I never found the time. So now that I am free, I could start work on it.

Basically, I want to make a mod where you could play as Saladin and live his tale (much like the idea of my old CDBG mod). But now I have come upon this dilemma. I want the mod to end as soon as Saladin conquers Jerusalem, but when do I start? I would like to make you work your way to the top and make it more challenging, but the idea of starting as the king and having to deal with the pressure of running a kingdom appealed to me. So, in an effort to solve this problem, please suggest away in this thread please 

Planned Features and when they will be implemented:

Play as Saladin - Alpha
Faster map time (So that you could fit all those years of working to the siege of Jerusalem) - Alpha
Historical accuracy (A must) - Beta
Heavy Politics (people will try to outmaneuver you and stuff like that) - Release
Middle-Eastern music and ambience - Beta
A cinematic-based storyline - Beta
Cinematics - Release
Etc - Along the way

Factions:

Depends on the timeline, but confirmed are:

Sultanate of Rum
Zengid Dynasty
The Kingdom of Jerusalem
More to come... Need to get the timeline first
