This mod is a double whammy! Containing Diplomacy 4.3 and an improved ULTIMATE COMBAT OSP, this is an excellent mod for any playthrough.


ALSO, full source is provided, so this is probably one of your best choices to use as a base for your own mods!

This is a mod made by Ramaraunt. For now, its features are

Diplomacy 4.3
Decapitation (ported from Viking Conquest)
AI Kicking
Shield Bashing (both AI and player)
Advanced troop formations! Wedges! Shield walls! (made by Motmataru, who also worked on Viking Conquest)

ULTIMATE COMBAT OSP - Before I begin, I must say, I couldn't have made this OSP without the code provided by Theoris, Xenoargh and Zarthas! Also, the head model used for decapitations is from historic lords OSP by Thick1988 (with some bloody retexturing done by yours truly)! Shoutout to these excellent gentlemen. You must credit them as well as me if you want to use this in your mod! Also note code in this OSP was taken from Viking Conquest!

This will improve your ultimate combat, to a more elegant advanced ultimate combat? :lol:

I'll look into it, nice ideas! This might take a while though.

Perhaps I can also add freelancer, but it will most likely be added with mod-merger.

You can use motomataru's latest Formations AI (v5), if you'd like: Nexus. It has modmerger capability and I believe is the base of the one used in VC (motomataru is one of VC's devs)

EDIT: WSE is added! I'm getting ready to add PBOD, which requires WSE.

Well, I've run into a few bugs. The thing is, I think the version I have isn't the proper diplomacy version, because it has problems. Where exactly is the proper diplomacy 4.3...?

depends which one lol, as it seems newest revisions are keeping the number (from WB 1.153 to 1.16:cool:. @Somebody, as a example, was updating it recently https://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,324014.0.html

Best to check all stickies on Diplomacy forum, and a couple pages on non-sticky threads, for whatever version (pure, +stuff, old engine, new engine, ...) you want to use

and its likely you will need to retest and fix bugs for whatever version you choose, to adapt it to the engine 1.170 version.

But I noticed, his code has stuff for the invasion things. So maybe it is up to date? Its just bugged?
