What is it with your political agendas here Danny, the man was just explaining the recorded history of an individual historic figure...

Just because some nationalistic modernday Greeks have an idea that you have somehow trademarked the name Macedonia, doesn't mean the rest of the world isn't allowed to use it. Now mind you, I like the Greeks in general, one of my best friends is from Athens, I used to be a scholar in classical Greek philosophy and I love spending holidays driving around the Peloponese. But I also know and respect people from Macedonia and if they want to call themselves Macedonians, they have the right to. After all they're not calling themselved Greeks (which would be the name Greeks would have an exclusive right to).

I find this whole squabbling about the name of a country utterly ridiculous and gaming forums are really no place to vent various nationalistic frustrations...Leave politics to the politicians as they'll screw you over one way or another, no matter what you believe in.

Totally agree with you Triglav i was just pointing out a good character for the mod .
It had nothing to do with race or where from , but some ppl get all upset for no reason .

Well First i have to say that this mod is going to be a good one .
In that era both ottoman empire and the european empire were growing .
So i have seen the map and its wrong the ottoman empire did not start in the middle
of Europe but on the end of Turkey by Sultan Murrad the 1
I will help with this mod so we can have a true map and building characters like they were on the 14th and 15 century
...

the period is not Murad I's era but Mehmed II's(like 100 years after).
I have arranged all Ottoman,Byzantine,Karamanid and Venetian lord names(all historical).

I am planning to release a video of how the cannon works wait for it. but there are some issues i have to deal before i do that

Yes yes you are right what i typed and meant to say is the war was on the 1400 to the 1500
And all i was trying to do is to see if we can add the character on the mod , now thats totally up to you
You are the maker of the mod so i respect that . i was just trying to help out thats all .

it's a problem with my graphic card: radeon 4850, if you are not encountering any problems with your native(With directx9 on), you wont encounter them in my mod too.

no problem. the reason i run the game with dx9 is  that i wanted to show bump maps i used on wall textures.
