There is nothing wrong with using other mods resources, as long as you have permission.

I don't know if you should implement models from all three Gothic games as they are, legally, propriety of Piranha Bytes and the other companies.
As for the Orc Heads from TLD for 0.808,now that I think of , they're so old no one remembers them and no one ever used them in any other mod, that's why you may want to use them and still be original in what you do (of course with a slight retexture).

You may install it in warband, you won't be able to play but you'll be able to check the resources.

Note, in TLD there are many textures for Orc Heads. There are face keys about angriness, while Hair and Beard function respectively as Hair and Teeth with tenths of variations.
