SP Antiquity [WB] Gallic Wars

Hello,

I always wanted to make a mod for MB Warband and this is my first one.
It's called MB Warband: Gallic Wars.
It takes place during the roman military campain against the Gallic tribes led by Proconsul Julius Caesar.

Factions:

• Roman Republic,  led by Proconsul Gaius Julius Caesar
  
• Gallia Celtica,  led by Chieftain Vercingetorix
  
• Gallia Belgica,  led by Chieftain Ambiorix
  
• Britannia,  led by Chieftain Cassivellaunus
  

Today, I started creating these factions using Morgh's MB Editor.
Like I said, it's my first mod so remarks or hints are welcome!

Most recent module system and a very good introduction to the snytax by Caba'drin.
Also check out the OSP subforum. There are some model packs that really fit your theme.

Good luck!  I agree with Airbar that using the module system will probably be the best thing.  Morgh's tool is good for some troop and item modding but if you're going to mod factions and parties you should use the module system.

Interesting setting, some of the other roman mods have some nice textures already, so you could also ask their authors for advice or even ask to use them.

Also, Singleplayer or Multiplayer or rather both?

You should also build your mod using the Diplomacy module system, because is really hard to implement the Diplomacy feature manually to a mod (too much stuff).

would you like help from a scener? i can make castle scenes and village scenes (not that you can't do it yourself, it is not hard) if you need someone to do that for you, i've got a lot of good idea's. PM me if you're interested, seems like a cool project!
