Currently in development.

A continuation of my old Viking Overhaul mod for Mount and Blade v1.11

Features:
A rework of each factions troop tree, while keeping the 'flavour' of the faction.

Currently, only the Nord facton has been completed. I hope to get some feedback before I start on the other factions.
Next planned update: 0.2.x.x, which will include the Swadians.

The main changes made to the Swadian troop tree is the addition of Longbowmen and Veteran Infantry.
Longbowmen are an alternative to Crossbowmen. They are weaker, have lower wages and  fire faster.
Veteran Infantry are the equivalent of Sergeants, though they are paid less and only armed with swords.

I found it very hard to change almost anything about the Rhodoks without losing the 'feel' of the Faction.
An Elite Spearmen unit was added, in order to prevent phalanx tacticts being complicated by Sergeants without spears.

The only changes done to the Vaegirs is the removal of horses for the Veteran (now named Footman) and the addition of a Skirmisher (Weaker than the Veteran/Knight but has access to throwing weapons).

The Nords has had the most changes done. Their raw recruits are much weaker than any other faction, but this is made up with their versatility and strength later.
Skirmishers are a light infanty that wield axes and throwing weapons. Beserks wear very litte armor, but have extreme amounts of health and wield deadly Long Axes.
Also, there is a mounted line, although the Horseman and Knight are the weakest mounted units.
Finally, many Nord units now do not recieve swords. The only units that are guaranteed them are the Horseman and Knight. Warriors, Veterans, Huskarls and Skirmishers might also use swords.
On a side note, the Valkyrie has been added, which is arguably incredibly overpowered. Good luck actually managing to get one though.

Very little was changed about the Khergits. Tribesmen now have a chance to be mounted, and the Raider was introduced, which is a light cavalry unit with throwing weapons.


SARRANID SULTANATE

No changes are currently planned for the Sarranid Sultanate

I hope to contant the creator of PBOD and get his permission to integrate this mod.
