reason i asked theres other mods that are done and they dont give out the link ANYWHERE, yet they have videos on youtube stating its done but no link provided to download

Well if there is no link, you should be able to conclude that the mod has not been released publicly right? Just because there are youtube videos doesn't mean a mod is released. Mods make videos to show gameplay or new features, but that doesn't mean it's done.

Features (green = finished, orange = in progress, red = not done yet)

No fall damage
Two new factions (so that porting to SP is easier)
New scenes
New classes
More weapons
More hiding opportunities (bushes, hay)
Smoke bombs
Poison?

You would realize that it is,
