Water Crash

Alright for starters I'm using Thorgrim's.

There are 4 Water Textures, in this order, going from top to bottom.

#1 Dark, deep water, when touches land blends moronicly
#2 Light, shallow water, blends nicely for rivers/lakes
#3 Light, almost identical to #2
#4 Dark, ocean, when it touches land generates shores, has waves, tides, everything.

Problem: When I place any amount of type #4 on my map it crashes, even though native's map is covered in it.

So, map w/o #4 works fine however you edit it. And crashes if you repaint a *single* tile into #4. Right?

Yep and its odd as hell, because #4 is on native maps, it IS the water texture.
 
The problem is not with the map. It should be with waves animation or shore generation or something else. Have you changed anything in that department?

Negative, I did have an alternate ocean texture but it still does it even without that in the mod's texture folder.
