One thing I never quite understood is why the specialty merchants never restock items. The stock of both Quigfen and the Noldor merchant doesn't refresh properly or at all. Quigfens items never change despite waiting in-game years. Far as I can tell only 1 or 2 items ever change in Alacrai shop.
It seems you can get Quigy to refresh a single slot by buying an item, but given the median cost I would probably need 50m denars to cycle his inventory just once. Far as I can tell the Alacrai merchant only refreshes the top 2 or 3 items. There exists the exact same grades of ancient plate that have been there since I first laid eyes on that place.
I've been saving and waiting for an eternity for something better than Old Ancient plate but it never shows. Similarly I want better grade helms and gauntlets from Quigfen which also never show.
I don't suppose there is a fix for that outside of buying out their entire inventory?
