Thought this was fixed but when playing I saw an ally army of 850 man besiege a town. After couple of days they started losing troops, then they stopped sieging and decided to leave. Here I thought they were going to restock on food in nearby villages but they passed 3-4 villages without stopping at which point their troop #s dropped to 300 and then disbanded the whole army.
Unfortunately I didn't record it, will definitely do next time I notice it. What I think might be happening is they were trying to go to their faction's village or town to restock rather than restocking in any nearby village.
