Now this mod isn't made by me but rather a fine team but I noticed they haven't updated anything in quite some time and wondering if the mod was still under construction or not decided that my first experience at building my own mod would probably be best served as working through debugging another mod and polishing the experience.
This much said, here is the Warsword mod I speak of: http: //www.moddb.com/mods/warsword-conquest
Now I need some help with a few basic bugs to work out first:
Initial Bug Fixes:
1. A few of the lords places appear to be bugged out with character positioning and places having floors that are just fall through the air, any advice or tools to work on this would be nice in order to debug these areas (Such as Taverns and Lord's Castles/Keeps) would be appreciated.
2. Tournaments aren't giving rewards for bets, I need to see what a betting code / system looks like fully constructed, can someone provide this so I know what I'm looking for in terms of errors / missing code?
3. Change Arenas to made additional funding or perhaps make this a more profitable edition
4. Change battle AI to be more aggressive in the face of each other when the player does not control the army, I see a lot of circling and dancing without any real fighting, this is particularly boring to watch when neither side has many ranged units and very disadvantagous to a side lacking range and being shot to piece because the AI won't charge
5. Changing Character Classes and removing mounted options for troops while enhancing them
6. Perhaps slightly debuffing some of the lords, working on this but trying to figure out a fine tuned balance (Will discuss what I mean later but a few of the Chaos lords for instance have over 300HP!)
7. Book Merchants register as though they are random soldiers you are talking to in your camp? Yeah, this might need to be fixed sooner
Adding:
1. Building Female Creation and Universal Armor Sharing: I would like to work on making the option of playing a female character for factions that lack it and it would make sense to have them (Like Chaos) since I see female armors already made for said characters as well as encounter lady's as it were to court, I believe it can be done the other way, suggestions here for how to build this and tools would be nice.
2. Building a New Faction and New Character models all together (Like Beastmen, Making Minotaurs look like Minotaurs, and possibly looking at adding in a pure demon faction)
I know this is a huge task, but I figure I work through 1 part at a time, go around find all the bus work them out and slowly polish the mod off; think of this as a side project I will work on and come back to this thread as questions arise, direct me where I should go to do some reading for each of these points in order to get started and hopefully pick up where the Warsword team seems to have left off. Or if someone can confirm they are still working on this, I will stop and wait to see what they come out with but we haven't heard from them in over a year now.

Made Tree for Undivided Warrior and Warrior of Khorne to lead into Heavy Infantry (New Units Khorne Beserker and Undivided Warrior Champion)
Created Khorne Beserker and Undivided Warrior Champion
Edited Ogres to make them different in a few ways, not significant but enough to have a different feel
(Mercanary Ogre, Dark Ogre, Cosair Ogre, Rat Ogre)
Rat Ogre now feels like a different unit and has different stats than the regular ogres
Added Slight Variation Between Goblin Troll and Orc Troll
Created Upgrade Path for Bloodletter to Herald of Khorne
Nerf to Slayers (Balance Change, Slayers had more lethality than an Ogre, Troll, or Minotaur) and added upgrade path for Giant to Daemon Slayer
Added Longbeard Veteran Unit (Upgrade to Longbeards)
Created Veteran Longbeard Unit
