This was pretty easy to test, I saved, looked at how much Influence it cost to summon vassle ( 28 ) got the warmonger perk that is supposed to decrease the cost to summon vassles, and it was still 28, either I'm missing something or this doesn't work.

Is it only supposed to work if you're the ruler of a kingdom and you're summoning your vassals ? Or is it supposed to work if you're part of a kingdom and you're summoning any vassals that are also part of the kingdom you're apart of.
If it's the first, then technically, being a ruler of a kingdom isnt properly implemented yet, so that could be why. If it's the latter, then yeah that perk doesnt work.
It's supposed to work for both, (It says, army commander) I am summoning as a kingdom ruler.

I would say it probably doesnt work then because you arent supposed to be a ruler yet as it's not implemented properly as of right now.
