My balance suggestions after last night's event:

• Very slightly buffing shield HP. Maybe other people can share different experience but I felt like shields regularly broke in 2-3 hits.
• Reducing throwable amounts across the board. 1 pila per stack, 2 axes/javs/throwing spears, 3 darts.
• Removing horse archers from Empire.
• A basic free shield for Empire cav. Enough to have modest ranged protection while still having 'weakest shield cav' as a faction attribute.

Bug reports:

• I think the faction was Vlandia, two helmets have the same price but one has better stats.

Feature suggestions:

• Implementation of admin tools.
• Banners carried by troops
• War cries
