FB Orcs aren't fungus, they're mammals. They were the original natives of the Old World (before the Old Ones came and created Elves and Dwarves). Greenskins all evolved from the same root (snotlings & Goblins were Orks which evolved underground). The Orcs themselves were mutated by the increased background magic after the collapse of the Old One's gate. Black Orcs were created by the Chaos Dwarves, as an experiment to build a better slave species from the standard Orc.
Was all explained back when the Slann had six legsNot sure if it was in one of the early supplements, or WD.
Presumably not. Ork females aren't mentioned much, so whether they fight alongside the males isn't known. I mean, who would want to check?Neural Eclipse 说:Oh my, isn't she a beauty... Why didn't they release female models though? I am curious about this; I didn't know there was such a discrepancy between the FB and 40K Orks. The females do not fight? That hottie looks like she could kick some ass if those bonbons weren't so fluffy.
I don't think it was ever in the army book. This is from back in the days when, Skaven were another form of Beastmen, Chaos Daemons were summoned to the field (and their stats were randomly rolled off a table) and goblins could push treemen off the table. There was no such thing as army books - you got supplements which usually came in a box and covered a vast amount of new rules, tables and similar. 90% of the army specific stuff was in White Dwarf rather than being released seperately, there were rules for designing your own troops and characters and you could take characters directly from WFRP or FB without needing to convert between them.Well, there's certainly none of that in my army book, but I'll buy it
