For the organization bit, have you considered changing the team leader? Rmancrusader hasn't been bad -in fact, he's done about 10 times better than I honestly thought possible; I expected complete failure from this mod- but he doesn't seem as organized as others here. DJnad, you seem to know a lot about team management; why don't you offer to manage?

To Djnad: Sorry... could you explain this is short?

And i also have some things:

1. We need to make a new thread. Maybe it's now not needed, but surely when our first version is released. This thread is to un-ordened so we require a new one.

2. People just do what they want. First we need, first of all yes, an list on who gonna do what and what he haves to do. I think this is Rmancrusader's task cause he is the project leader.

3. We need really some item-makers, and Cymro, you maked a map?. I cannot script anything until items and the map is done.

I'm not sure if that was directed at me, or if it refered to both of us... But my quote was from the elven archers in warcraft 2, when you click on them to many times, as a response to Merenthas comment about them being badass. They just sound so badass saying that, you gotta hear it to understand...
