Warbands price/cost when released

I would be more than willing to pay £25.00 for this title. However i dont own the original M&B so it would be more of a worthwhile purchase for me. But i think with the many improvements of warband it shouldnt really be considered an expansion. graphics overhall, multiplayer, possible naval combat, new factions and alot of other stuff we arent awre of yet.

Whew, big spender. But I agree, 50 bucks is about what I would pay for it as well. Because it is hardly an expansion.

Every day that I play this online only reassures that I will be buying this. Man I kinda wish I could go do this in real life...minus the dieing part

If your saying its hardly an expansion then should it be standalone?

I thought it was a standalone game?

Not saying I wouldn't buy it, I'm just saying.  It does make a difference though if you need the original to play.  If you need the original then it is an expansion, otherwise I could easily see them charging 30 or 40 for it.

An expansion builds upon the already installed game. Using the same core engine (although expansions can change it). An expansion alone is no playable without having installed the game itself.

But the beta allowed me to with out the original? (on new comp)

How will the payment go? I don't have a credit card, back then I borrowed my dad's but he lives in spain now, and I can't really expect him to hop on a plane so I can buy M&B

will it be in stores in Belgium? Or will there be a bank transfer option?

If he has a credit card, he doesnt need to go anywhere. Just use his number (with his permission of course)?

If Warband is just a counterstrike style multiplayer enhancement as it is now, I don't think charging more than $20-25 for existing owners makes much sense. If more multiplayer modes are added, and multiplayer becomes more tightly integrated with the singleplayer campaign, it becomes a whole new game for me, and would therefore be worth more. Almost every other game that has pure competitive match based multiplayer on top of a strong SP game would have trouble charging for it, and I don't see this as being much different.

They're enchancing the SP as well. Besides, they're charging 20$ for CS: Source, aren't they?
Someone's really got to make De_Dust for M&B: Warband

Wait how are they enhancing it though?

And what do you mean C source?
