When Warband was originally released, what service was used (apart from Steam) to download the game digitally?

I cannot find my purchase confirmation email to track down my serial key.

If you downloaded it directly from taleworlds, the email with your serial would have been from "Avangate Customer Service", which is the company that processes their payments i guess

I think it was also available on direct2drive and gamersgate at release other than steam

if you already have the game installed and just want to get the serial for reinstalling it on another computer you can search your registry for "MountAndBladeWarbandKeys"
