Warband wont load

When I am in the warband loading screen, it stops at "Processing INI file" and loads a small bit around every 20 seconds. It takes around 45 minutes to finish, and when it is done (around 60% full on bar) it crashes.

Any help?

Maybe try a clean reinstall (ie, uninstall and delete anything that's left in ..\program files (x86)\mount&blade warband)

WC, it didn't work :\ but I will see if a clean reinstall does

clean reinstall doesnt work,  there is a problem with the game itself
