I want more info on War band such as is it only a MP add-on for M&B or does it have new SP stuff as well. I am not into MP at all and most likely never get on a server. So what if anything is going to be added to the SP side of M&B? Is this an add-on or is it a totally different game that will be installed to a different folder different exe etc...

It's a stand alone expansion. Yes it installs to a separate folder, and yes there's plenty of new single player content, including kingdom management, a new faction, a new map, marriage and a host of other stuff.
