warband update/diplomacy unable to continue battle after death?

if I update warband diplomacy mod fails to continue battle after i am wounded in the battle
how to fix this :c
is there a newer doplomacy mod that continues battle after I'm down?
or do I have to continue using the outdated mount and blade warband

Haven't seen that but there are other problems I've seen with 1.172. Because of those I have gone back to 1.153. For a near native game, 1.153 is not outdated. Later versions mainly add support for mods and MP, plus some textures which I don't even like.

did they even fix any bugs :/? in the patches after 1.153

Not in native as far as I know.

You need to set the camera option in the diplomacy menu.
